又傳打房　營建股臉綠

政府再傳出要打房，財政部長張盛和、台北市副市長張金鶚雙張下周要討論如何在不動產稅制上合作改革，加重不動產持有稅，以抑制台北市囤房炒作的問題，營建類股受此衝擊，今日表現相對大盤弱勢，早盤隨即翻黑，一路在平盤下走低，類股終場下跌0.28%。

營建五虎中僅長虹、皇翔相對有撐，在平盤遊走，興富發、華固和遠雄股價受挫較明顯。長虹最後小漲0.2元，以91.7元、漲0.22%做收。興富發、華固和遠雄都臉黑，尤其華固下跌0.9元，跌幅1.13%最明顯。

其他個股中，亞昕、和旺的跌幅較明顯，亞昕以22.8元做收，下跌1.51%，和旺下跌0.3元，跌幅1.12%，終場收26.5元。（劉曉霞／台北報導）
