皮斯小氣　拒付兒子學費

《紐約郵報》報導，超愛搞怪的NBA球員皮斯(Metta World Peace)因拒付兒子學費挨告，皮斯有個13歲兒子傑羅恩(Jeron Artest)，日前傑羅恩獲得1所私立學校Ply Prep的入學資格，但皮斯卻違反支付38355美元(約115.2萬台幣)學費的承諾。
 
傑羅恩的母親珍妮佛(Jennifer Palma)說：「皮斯危及我們兒子的高中教育，他還用金錢來控制和操縱我。」她還表示傑羅恩有著和他父親一樣的運動天賦，如果他無法進入Poly Prep學校，那就糟蹋了他。
 
珍妮佛的律師指出，皮斯去年賺了900萬美元(約2.7億台幣)，今年2月又被尼克以320萬美元(約9612萬台幣)買斷合約，所以他要支付兒子學費絕對不成問題。（陳雍仁／綜合報導）
