拚現金 黑莓宣布將出售加拿大不動產

處境艱困的智慧手機製造商黑莓公司（BlackBerry），已同意出售在加拿大持有的大部分不動產，為整頓計畫籌措更多現金。

黑莓21日表示，將出售逾300萬平方英尺的廠辦加上閒置房地產，預計5月底前完成交易。黑莓未公布交易條件及是誰買下這些不動產。

在執行長程守宗帶領下，黑莓正重回主攻企業用戶的路線，推出配備實體鍵盤的手機。程守宗今年2月表示，黑莓應能在2015年3月本年度結束前止住虧損。
