蜜雪兒吃健康　白宮甜點廚走人

美國第一夫人蜜雪兒近年積極推動健康飲食，歷經兩任美國總統的白宮甜點主廚尤賽斯，因為無法大展身手，決定在6月離開白宮，搬回紐約另起爐灶。

曾經赴法國習藝的尤賽斯（Bill Yosses），原本就是紐約名甜點師傅，2007年獲當時第一夫人蘿拉聘為白宮甜點主廚，但2009年歐巴馬上任後，講究健康飲食的蜜雪兒下令少供應甜點，尤賽斯開始嘗試在甜點裡添加全榖物，用蜂蜜取代糖，讓甜點變得更健康。如今他只剩在聖誕節烤出白宮造型的薑餅屋，或國宴、感恩節等重大節慶，才能大展身手。

主子歐巴馬很喜歡他做的派，封他為「派皮大師」，蜜雪兒對尤賽斯要走表示難過，並發聲明感謝他。（陳怡妏／綜合外電報導）
