公審「刀鋒戰士」　庭訊聽到嘔吐

南非「刀鋒戰士」皮斯托瑞斯，去年2月14日情人節當天槍殺女友舉世震驚，南非法庭特別舉行公開審判，檢方邀請法醫針對屍體解剖報告出庭作證，聽到關鍵處，皮斯托瑞斯突然難以忍受，甚至當場嘔吐，導致庭訊中斷。

皮斯托瑞斯至今仍強調槍擊案是場錯誤悲劇，但檢方仍堅持是場謀殺，由於南非已經廢除死刑，皮斯托瑞斯若謀殺成立，可能被處以25年至無期徒刑。（陳國偉／台北報導）
