請問各位如果到中華門市去辦手機續約

請問各位如果到門市去辦手機續約，幫朋友辦的，所以拿他的雙證件去，結果門市小姐說還要印章或本人來。
接著朋友騎車送印章過來就走了，小姐又說要我的雙證件，沒帶所以沒辦法辦。
這時候怎麼處理？
1.摸著鼻子，走回家拿
2.不辦
3.噴那個門市小姐一臉，寫申訴單。

補充：門市小姐一開始沒有跟我說要我本人的雙證件
