大嘴巴條款！張家祝否認自己大嘴巴

內閣局部改組完成，行政院長江宜樺除召集閣員「開課」，還設下「大嘴巴條款」！對此經濟部長張家祝早上出席立院詢答前強調「無所謂的大嘴巴條款」，只是在政策發布前，希望每個部會發言人或首長，要掌握較正確的政策或立場，才不會造誤解。
 
張家祝除強調「自己不是個大嘴巴的人」，各首長可能只是為自己的政見辯解，無所謂大嘴巴條款；只是若首長在沒有掌握實際的情況下，任意發言或發言不一致，會造成一些誤會。媒體詢問部長是否是扮演意見控管的前端，馬總統才是負責發言的後端？對此張家祝表示，政策統一宣布前，各部會本來就會有意見的交換，並不會構成立場；基本上發言人或部會首長，都要掌握較正確的政策或立場，才不會造成外界誤解（黃馨儀／台北報導）。
