嚴審服貿協議　陳其邁：依決議逐條審

外傳國民黨團傾向行政院逕行宣布《兩岸服務貿易協議》生效，內政委員會輪值召委、民進黨立委陳其邁今受訪表示，國民黨自打嘴巴、異想天開地違反立院決議，無非是要阻擋民進黨排案審查，籲國民黨不用緊張，民進黨一定依照立院決議、議事規則，逐條審查。
 
內政委員會今舉行最後一場服貿公聽會，陳其邁會前受訪強調，服貿公聽會後逐條審查是立院決議，國民黨若逕行宣布生效，是逃避國會監督，也掐死服貿審查，這是立院自我繳械，勢必會激起民眾更大反彈。（李英婷／台北報導）
