張家祝：若外貿無法突破　台灣什麼咖都不是

財經首長對我國經濟的看法大相逕庭？日前國發會主委管中閔說，台灣在亞洲經濟發展上，「當然是A咖！」不過經濟部長張家祝早上卻表示，「若外貿市場無法突破，台灣什麼咖都不是！」
 
國民黨委員李慶華早上質詢時指出，台灣在亞洲經濟發展上，「是A咖、B咖，還是C咖」時，張家祝強調，他沒想過A、B、C咖問題，但我國在外貿上的立場，處於不利地位；若台灣在外貿市場上無法突破，「那台灣什麼咖都不是！」
 
至於今年經濟成長率是否可突破3%？張家祝認為，數字高低不重要，就算GDP突破3%，若人民無感也沒意義，只要產業優化做得好，就會反映在GDP上；不過產業優化不是半年、1年就可看出成效，但對2014年的台灣經濟仍抱持樂觀態度。（黃馨儀／台北報導）
