「看到酒就想偷」　慣竊狡辯強迫症

專偷洋酒的慣竊史姓男子，出獄後仍賊性不改，今年初又2度搭乘捷運到台北市萬華區的全家便利超商，偷取黑牌威士忌、軒尼詩VSOP、麥卡倫等高價洋酒。

警方獲報調取超商錄影監視畫面，再循線擴大清查捷運站監視器，鎖定有偷洋酒前科紀錄的史男，發現史男就住在新北市新埔捷運站附近，每次都搭乘捷運出沒、鎖定捷運站附近犯案，將他函送法辦。

台北地檢署開庭時，史男坦承犯行，表示酒全喝光了，檢察官見他住的地方還不錯，問他既然愛喝酒為何不用買的，史男辯稱罹患強迫症，看到酒就手癢想偷，檢察官認為史男不僅涉犯竊盜罪，還是累犯，建請法院重判。（呂志明／台北報導）
