南非阿多85歲的老漢Kapinci Nongongoma『老當益壯』，不僅同時約會20多個年輕女孩，還老來得子。他稱這一切都歸功於他的3個睾丸。

環球網據南非《每日太陽報》報導，老漢如今已是風燭之年，卻依舊風流不減。他共有12個孩子，最小的兒子是他與一名37歲女性所生。該女子稱，老漢在房事方面令她十分滿意。

剛開始老漢的孩子們不相信這個新降臨的孩子是老漢的，但其容貌日漸與他們相像，他們便對此很是驚詫。然而老漢的3個睾丸雖讓他精進不休，卻也給他帶來了一個麻煩，他只有約會年輕女性時才會興奮。而對同齡女性，他和一般老人沒什麼兩樣。

老漢稱，自己的父母還擔心這個生理缺陷會使自己不孕。可他們萬萬沒想到，這讓自己老來還得到那麼多的孩子承歡膝下。
