表面粗糙的蛋較新鮮？　恐怕不是喔

最近有部「怎麼挑雞蛋」的廣告在電視上強力放送，內容寫著「表面越粗糙的蛋，越新鮮」，但有部落客提出質疑。

部落格「宅宅的二次方」寫道，有專業養雞場的老闆說：「雞蛋要挑表面光滑、較小顆的，代表生蛋的雞年輕，雞蛋的鈣質充足」。也就是說，表面粗糙且大顆的蛋，是老母雞生出來的。

養雞場老闆說：「由於年輕的雞產道小，所以生出來的蛋也小，鈣質也就相對充足」。所以廣告中的台詞，恐怕就並非選淡的準則。（葉國吏/綜合報導）
