台鐵中午又有狀況 四列車誤點

228連假最後一天，台鐵又出包，所幸這次處理得宜，沒有造成更大意外。台鐵局表示，原訂12時發車1191次區間車於基隆站開車前，司機員發現集電弓上有塑膠袋，經斷電處理後，列車於12時38分重新發車，較原訂時間晚38分。台鐵統計，受影響的列車共有4列，延誤時間47分，旅客人數還要統計。

台鐵局表示，由於列車司機及早發現列車集電弓上有塑膠袋，並緊急處理，司機員可敘獎。
