【上下游新聞】高麗菜化身1cm薄片 冬天不用怕滯銷

冬天一到，高麗菜價格崩盤、農民忍痛耕除的新聞就像重播，年年不斷上演，為了解決「菜土菜金」問題，屏科大生物農學院自野外分離出高活性植物乳酸菌，發酵一個月，高麗菜瞬間變成1公分薄片，保存期限長達一年，還有抗癌功能；發酵時間縮短一週，不壓扁也能直接食用，讓綠土變黃金。

屏科大農學院院長吳明昌表示，乳酸菌是一種天然的防腐劑，而且對人體很好，注入後可以延長保存期限到一年，壓成薄片後攜帶方便，類似泡菜，可以有效調節產季，但體積縮小重量卻沒變，營養成分當然也不打折。（上下游記者林慧貞/報導）
