法國總統與波蘭總理討論烏克蘭局勢

根據法國總統府昨天發佈的公報，法國總統歐朗德與波蘭總理圖斯克當天討論了烏克蘭局勢。歐朗德認為，必須盡一切努力避免外部對烏克蘭局勢干預，避免緊張局勢進一步升級。

歐朗德和圖斯克一致表示，對俄羅斯聯邦委員會（上議院）昨天同意總統普丁在烏克蘭動用軍力表示非常擔心，認為這是對烏克蘭的領土完整和主權的真正威脅。

法國外長法比尤斯（Laurent Fabius）昨天也呼籲應該對烏克蘭的緊張情勢採取政治解決，各方都應該克制自己的行動，以免增加對烏克蘭領土完整性的傷害。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
