【動新聞】失控撞護欄　1死2傷車變廢鐵

【陸運鋒、呂健豪╱新北報導】無照又酒駕釀1死2傷悲劇！新北市環河快速道路，昨天清晨發生一起嚴重車禍意外，一輛轎車疑似超速失控打滑，車體迴轉180度後撞上匝道護欄，轎車瞬間變廢鐵，車上乘客也一度受困車內，經搶救送醫後，副駕駛座上的乘客仍傷重不治，駕駛則測出酒精值0.09，且無駕照。

昨天清晨初善仁(23歲)與康瑞陽(23歲)、吳姓友人一同前往台北市京華城的夜店狂歡，回程初男開著向友人借來的轎車，經環河快速道路往板橋方向前進，在保生路出口匝道時，疑因車速過快失控發生嚴重車禍。
