憂人民幣大貶？　人行傳容忍3%貶幅

隨著中國經濟動能放緩，人民幣走貶預期升高。據中國《經濟觀察報》引述消息人士報導，中國人民銀行（人行）可以容忍的人民幣兌美元匯率貶值幅度在3%左右，意即今年內人民幣匯率底線將在6.4，上限不超過6.1。

今年以來，全球已有超過12國央行加入寬鬆政策行列，透過削弱本國貨幣來促進出口競爭力，進而拉抬經濟。人行日前無預警調降存款準備金率（存準率）也被視為應對匯率戰的對策之一。

不過彭博經濟學家陳世淵表示，人民幣兌美元雖可能出現一定程度的貶值，但中國參與競貶的可能性不大。

前人行國際司司長張之驤表示，人行管理當局更願意看到人民幣匯率走雙向道，而非單向升值。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
