面試裡似乎常常會被問這個問題 但是面試的重點應該是雙方進一步熟悉彼此不是嗎? 告訴我這個職位在公司裡的定位, 該有的能力, 工作的方向等 然後我介紹我自己本身的種種條件 面試第一個問題就是"你對這個工作的瞭解有多少?" 覺得有點怪, 但就照對方網頁上的徵求條件轉換成自己的認知 結果有些差異, 對方臉色就有點變 (網頁是寫phase2 ~ phase 4, 所以我先回答phase 2的工作內容 但對方說他們已經進展到phase 3了) 我自己也覺得奇怪, 這問題沒答到核心有那麼重要嗎? 大家面試有碰過這種情況嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.11.168
