葉匡時去留　馬江共識暫不異動

【晏明強／台北報導】交通部長葉匡時接受招待引發軒然大波，外界傳言葉踩了馬英九總統紅線，已遭留校察看，不過府方人士上午表示，對於葉匡時去留，馬總統已與行政院長江宜樺交換過意見，馬總統將完全尊重行院的決定。但知情人士也透露，此事全貌已大致明朗，葉雖有疏失，但還不到下台的程度，馬江已有共識，短期內葉不會去職。

另外府方人士也特別澄清，馬總統16日出席行政院研考會感恩茶會，提及研考會同仁出去考察，絕不接受招待，事後被媒體解讀為針對葉匡時風波有感而發，但其實「完全與葉部長無關」，這只是研考會管考處的標準作業流程；馬總統是把自己20多年前在研考會任職的經驗與大家分享，特別是管考處負責國營事業考成，要求的標準當然比一般公務員還高，府方人士強調，「馬總統當天的講話，就是這個意思而已。」
