【潘岳／宜蘭報導】新的一年到來，各種升學及國家考試接續登場，宜蘭市公所今天上午特別在文昌廟舉辦「文昌祈福」活動，由市長黃定和率領逾百名考生、家長考生一起虔誠向文昌帝君祈求新的年度順利應考。黃定和說：「有拜有保佑，文昌帝君會讓考生在考場上心情穩定，不緊張，考出平日水準來。」
