知名作家兼主持人吳淡如投資千萬元，在自己的故鄉經營民宿，卻遭人檢舉違法經營，宜蘭縣政府10日前往稽查，發現吳淡如開設的「小藍屋」、「小熊VIP Villa」都違法，遭停業處分，要求15天內提出正當理由，否則將依法裁罰，最高可罰90萬元。

吳淡如在宜蘭擁有5間民宿、2間咖啡屋，吸引許多人潮，但縣府近日稽查發現她開設的「小藍屋」、「小熊VIP Villa」屬都市計畫內土地，無法申請民宿執照。

吳淡如透過經紀人澄清，「小熊VIP Villa」是登記在朋友名下，吳淡如沒有經營權，「小藍屋」也已委託仲介轉賣。
