老人年金不夠花　3老竊樟樹變賣

【王煌忠／台中報導】彰化縣李姓老翁﹝74歲﹞、洪姓老翁﹝62歲﹞及林姓老婦﹝62歲﹞，是年齡相加將近二百歲的鄰居，曾在北屯區松竹路與旱溪西路重劃區擔任臨時工的李姓老翁，得知區內種植可做家具的樟樹，這個月初邀約洪、林駕駛2輛小貨車，趁清晨人車稀少之際，以自備電鋸鋸斷七棵樟樹，並分切成43塊，正在搬運上貨車時，遭轄區第五分局松安派出所巡邏發現，當場人贓俱獲。
 
李嫌向警方坦承，因缺錢花用才會邀約鄰居犯案，準備將竊得的樟樹載到家具工廠變賣，其中洪嫌供稱，因每月領取的老人年金根本不足支應生活開銷，遂答應李嫌邀約犯案，警方訊後將３人依竊盜罪嫌移送。
