索契冬奧恐成恐襲目標　美發旅遊警告

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國國務院在昨日向索契冬奧發出旅遊警告，認為這項在2月舉行的體壇盛事，恐怕會成為恐怖襲擊的目標，呼籲前往觀戰的美國人要小心。

據《路透》報導，雖然美國政府並沒有指恐怖襲擊只會針對美國人，但提到過去3個月在索契附近曾3次發生自殺式炸彈攻擊，治安情況令人擔心。在旅遊警告當中，美國政府提到前往的旅客需要留意相關犯罪、醫療及酒店短缺等問題。

美國政府又特別提及同性戀的議題，因為在俄羅斯的法律中，公開宣傳同性戀是違法的，認為前往的旅客應該注意。
