QE緩退效應　2年期NCD標售利率創3月新高

【王立德／台北報導】央行今日標售2年期可轉讓定存單（NCD），受到美國啟動QE緩退影響，市場資金逐漸退潮，NCD得標加權平均利率0.757%，較前期0.720%彈升3.7個基本點（bp），也創近3個月來新高記錄。

銀行資金調度人士表示，QE緩退效應已經在市場上發酵，包括美國10年公債殖利率飆破3%，各跡象都顯示未來各利率探低的機會已經微乎其微。
