矽格去年營收衝破50億大關　創新高

【楊喻斐／台北報導】IC封測廠矽格（6257）去年12月營收4.17億元，月增4.3%，年減2.7%，累計全年營收52.24億元，首度突破50億元大關，年增率7.5%，創下歷史新高紀錄。

矽格表示，12月營收雖在淡季中仍創造逆勢成長較前月增加4.3％，主要是手機相關產品線訂單需求強勁，PC相關產品線需求也有所回溫。

回顧去年表現，手機及無線網通相關產品成長最多，電源管理相關產品次之，利基型記憶體相關產品也有所增長，全年營收首次突破50億元，衝高到52.24億元，改寫新猷。
