誆天上掉下百萬遺產　國民黨工詐財被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】國民黨國軍退除役人員黨部潭子鄉黃安嚴區黨部許姓主任(56歲)，2年前起，陸續對范姓等3名民眾佯稱，他們是一名王姓老榮民的遺產受贈人，可獲贈數百萬元遺產，但是遺贈案正在法院訴訟中，要繳納訴訟費30萬元、或裁判費5萬元，才能取得遺產。
 
3人不疑有他，共交付65萬元給許，後來陸續向擔任王男的遺產管理人詢問，才發現王男根本沒有要贈與3人遺產，而提告。台中地檢署依詐欺罪將許提起公訴。
