（中央社紐約9日綜合外電報導）美國聯邦檢方表示，引發美國與印度間外交風波的印度女外交官柯布拉加德已在紐約市遭到起訴，但她因為擁有外交豁免權，今天已經離開美國。

聯邦檢方今天宣布起訴柯布拉加德（DevyaniKhobragade），罪名是偽照簽證以及對所雇用管家的薪資申報不實。

檢方致函法官說，柯布拉加德因擁有外交豁免權，今天已自美離境，她被控案件須等到能將她帶到法庭時再審理。

39歲的柯布拉加德（Devyani Khobragade）擔任印度駐紐約領事館副總領事，她遭美方指控偽造保母及管家的簽證申請文件，又在保母薪資案中說謊。

她去年12月12日被紐約執法當局當街上銬逮捕並脫衣搜身、肛門檢查、DNA取樣鑑定，拘留期間跟毒蟲關在一起，此事引發印方憤怒，掀起外交風波。1030110
