【動新聞】攤商另造小鴨攬客　霍夫曼嗆撤展

【戴之聖╱基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨規劃時曾設計旋轉底座，因霍夫曼不滿而取消，讓東三、東四碼頭只能看到鴨屁股而人潮稀少，承租商為挽救生意，決定自製小鴨吸引人潮，但遭霍夫曼嚴重抗議，甚至考慮撤展。主辦單位昨強調，已對承租商寄出律師函，希望尊重霍夫曼的創作權益。

承租東三、東四碼頭的鈺盛公司業務長孫鈺棠說，當初砸下重金承租，就是看重旋轉小鴨可以吸引人潮，誰知道最後只能看到鴨屁股，生意也因為天氣和小鴨自爆冷到極點，原本一百五十攤，至今剩不到一半，為吸引人潮才計劃推出大型自製鴨，若主管的港務公司不准，不排除聯合攤商到黃色小鴨前舉白布條抗議。
