新北砸千萬　做無內容App

【方佳怡、李定宇╱新北報導】智慧型手機當道，新北市各局處共推出十七款App供民眾使用，斥資上千萬元，但民眾下載操作竟發現，部分App根本無內容、甚至直接顯示錯誤畫面，痛批：「白花人民血汗錢！」《蘋果》昨實測新北市的十七款App，除民眾揪出問題仍存在，還發現部分App功能失效、內容未更新、同質性高等缺失。學者痛批：「這就像蓋蚊子館，蓋了就不管！」

新北王小姐日前向《蘋果》投訴指出，新北市App「新北活動報」根本查無活動、「醫療精靈」中醫療院所診號查詢竟無內容，「新北i環保」中的綠色生活欄位則是直接顯示not found錯誤畫面。
