【短片】看護工當外傭用　宋達民挨罰3萬

【方佳怡、李定宇／新北報導】針對藝人夫妻宋達民、洪百榕疑似違法指派印尼籍看護工從事許可外工作，勞工局昨前往宋位於汐止外勞工作地查訪撲空，今透過外勞仲介公司聯繫宋達民出面說明，近午宋達民夫妻現身勞工局，對出遊場合受看雇人是否在場等疑似觸法敏感問題避而不答。當勞工局確定祭出3萬元罰單，宋達民無法接受咆嘯：「沒有可以定我罪，除了耶穌。」

結束訪談步出會議室，恢復情緒被媒體追問僅說：「勞工局判斷是怎樣就怎樣。」新北勞工局指出，昨檢示媒體刊登照片，初步認定宋達民已違反《就業服務法》第57條第3款規定，家庭看護工不得從事許可以外工作。
