【動新聞】小鴨返港　刀疤不減磅礡氣勢

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨終於返回基隆港！在跨年前夕自爆的小鴨，經30小時修補，昨天終於重返海洋廣場，劫後重生的小鴨臉上仍看得出自爆後留下的疤痕，被民眾戲稱「刀疤鴨」，主辦單位為防自爆悲劇再度上演，不僅在小鴨屁股、頭頂開洞，增加一台排風機，更24小時監控小鴨體內氣壓、溫度。現場民眾看到小鴨，高興地說：「小鴨復活了！」
