比特幣夯　台積電生產挖礦機ASIC受惠

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】比特幣熱門，科技製造業公司也受惠。美國Wedbush證券公司表示，台積電、 超微等公司2013年有超過2億美元的營收來自於生產創建比特幣挖礦機零組件。
 
比特幣為以軟體形式存在的虛擬貨幣，透過一個名為挖礦過程被創建出來，即在預設程序中解決複雜的任務才能產生比特幣。Wedbush報告指出，台積電與GLOBALFUNDRIE應該是目前比特幣挖礦機的ASIC主要生產商。
