撞樹火燒車　通緝犯救狗不救友

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】一同涉竊盜案的劉建宏、張志青，上月6日清晨驅車到枋寮行竊後，清晨6時許劉駕駛租來的轎車撞樹，致車體著火，劉竟帶著其寵物狗逃逸，丟下夾在車內的張不管，張後來雖被救出送醫仍告不治。警方循線逮到在逃劉嫌，依過失致死、遺棄、公共危險、竊盜罪嫌移送。
 
劉向警方供稱，他因毒品案遭高雄地院通緝，當時事發後見張姓友人被夾得很緊，且擔心自己被抓，才會倉惶逃離現場。
