洪仲丘有無帶手機　軍方提供假資料

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園地院審理洪仲丘案，今天下午傳訊查獲洪仲丘攜帶照相手機的542旅衛兵司令蔡睿銘。蔡證稱，去年6月23日晚上同時查獲洪與同連的一兵宋昀燊違反資通安全規定，並將違規事項登記在「人員車輛進出管制登記簿」上，並回報戰情官。

但法院向542旅調閱當天的「人員車輛進出管制登記簿」，卻只有宋的名字！蔡堅稱當時係由他將洪、宋二人違規事項以綠筆登記在同一張簿冊上，為何漏了洪仲丘，他說「不清楚」！

另外，今天下午同時傳訊已退伍的542旅旅部連中士呂文豪，準備釐清送洪到禁閉室之車輛調度，但呂未到案，桃園地院已經對他發布拘提。

洪仲丘有無帶手機，軍方提供假資料。
