難道撞了人,就想要要沒事嗎?

難道沒有一個條款是:"應注意而末注意"嗎?

老婆婆受傷後,警察局不會做筆錄嗎?

這樣會很難知道肇事責任是誰比較大嗎?

有人受傷了,就一定會有過失傷害的責任.

就算判下來好了,一個月刑期可易科罰金3萬元,

如果不和解,和己和解,刑期應該應該不一樣吧,

另外還有撞到人的醫療費......

這裡是台灣,不管怎麼樣,法律還是會偏向受傷的人吧..
