立院司委會監聽調閱小組　下會期繼續運作

【黃揚明／台北報導】司法委員會監聽調閱專案小組今進行監聽光碟數量及執行狀況專案報告，會議進行前民進黨立委柯建銘質疑法務部、特偵組常拒絕提供資料，調閱小組下會期應繼續運作。最後司法委員會決議監聽調閱小組繼續運作至5月31日，屆時如有必要延長再延長。

柯建銘另要求特偵組檢察官楊榮宗、鄭深元及檢察事務官何其非應到委員會說明，會議主席、民進黨立委吳宜臻表示，開會通知雖然沒有通知這3人，但昨天已請法務部聯絡。藍委廖正井建議，因檢察官會以無須到立法院備詢為由拒絕，法務部若真有誠意，應將這些人調到法務部。最後吳宜臻要求法務部再聯絡楊榮宗等3人到立法院。
