男潑鄰女硫酸躲國外　追訴延長回國被逮

【胡治言／綜合報導】1男子因追求不成對鄰女潑硫酸，且為逃過刑罰躲到國外多年，原以為躲得夠久可逃過追訴，卻沒想到因為刑法修正案將追訴權時效延長，回國入關時就被捕，被判5年2個月。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，葉姓男子18年前追求賴姓已婚女不成，竟潑硫酸導致她重傷，起訴前葉男逃到國外，原以為躲得夠久可逃過刑罰，卻因2006年刑法修正將追訴權時效延長至20年，葉男去年返台被捕時已70歲，桃園地院依重傷害罪判他5年2個月。
