受騙外洩車主資料給擄車集團　19警員認錯

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市警局19名任職不同警分局派出所的警員，前年2月到前年8月間，接獲自稱分局偵查隊打來查詢車輛失竊資料的電話，未回撥查證即貿然提供，以致資料被擄車勒贖集團拿去詐騙20名車主，新北地檢署認定這19名警員有疏忽，涉犯最重可判1年的公務員過失洩密罪嫌，但因19人均認錯，今准予緩起訴，其中18人各罰5萬元，1人罰8萬元。

這19名警員都是在派出所值班時，接到自稱偵查佐打來的警用或外線電話，宣稱公務電腦故障，因急於辦案，要求代查車輛失竊資料。涉案警員上當，以自己的公務帳密線上查詢後提供，因此造成20名車主外流，被擄車勒贖集團詐騙1萬多元到6萬元不等。

警政署接獲失主投訴清查，發現歹徒先打去新北市警局總機轉接進警用電話系統，以致警員誤認，不但緊急修補漏洞，並過濾出這19名疏忽警員送辦，檢方認定這19人未回電反向查證有疏忽，因其他接到電話的警員就有人警覺沒受騙。
