日月明功負責人陳巧明 偵訊七小時後解送彰檢

【王煌忠／台中報導】警檢偵辦詹姓高中生虐死案，昨日拘提日月明功負責人陳巧明、幹部許愛珍等被告到案，其中陳巧明委請律師陪同，經過七個小時偵訊，直至今晨晚1點35分，與另二名清水高中女教師在警力戒護下，搭上偵防車解送彰化地檢署，髮色斑白的陳巧明僅戴著口罩，落落大方緩步走下樓梯，與先前進入地檢署時刻意以圍巾著臉的倉皇模樣判若兩人。
 
《蘋果》詢問：「高中生是否是你虐死的？」、「你是否有參與虐死高中生？」陳巧明眼睛直視前方，雙手合十不發一語。
 
另名日月明功幹部、穿著粉紅色連帽外套的許愛珍，經過五個多小時的偵訊，晚間十點由警方戒護，解送彰化地檢署接受複訊，至於陳巧明，目前仍由律師陪同，在刑事局中部打擊犯罪中心接受偵訊。
