國中生都知道，

平均速率是"總距離" 除以 "總時間"

等紅燈時車子沒有前進
但是引擎一直運轉著
汽油也一直燃燒掉

我的 MPV 在雙北市區
加油前看一下平均時速
經常都低於 20 公里/小時

跟改搭公車最省有甚麼關係
