李鴻源證實　江揆推薦張璠掌營建署

【王家俊／台北報導】媒體報導內政部長李鴻源拒絕行政院長江宜樺推薦的營建署長人選，即現任新北市城鄉局長張璠、馬英九總統醫療小組召集人「御醫」張珩之弟。李鴻源下午證實，江揆確實一、兩個月推薦過，張璠很優秀，但目前還在徵詢階段，組改沒通過前，他不好評論個案。

李鴻源下午出好人好事代表表揚典禮受訪時做上述表示。李說，他對人選也有自己的想法，也和院長溝通，目前還在徵詢階段，「扯不上陰謀論、權謀，大家想太多了，部屬怎麼會和長官有心結？人事本來就需要溝通。」

他強調，營建署長是內政部最重要位置之一，組改通過後，營建署長採雙軌制，可以是事務官，也可以是政務官，必須審慎，這是人事案未定的唯一原因。
