降證交稅　曾銘宗：股市沒感冒　是否要打強心針

【廖珮君／台北報導】立委羅明才今早在財委會詢問是否要調降證交稅，金管會主委曾銘宗說，目前股市連感冒都沒有，是否要打強心針？

曾銘宗說，近期股市已到8460點，相對平穩，降證交稅是很強措施，在此時點是否合適採取？效果多大，可以帶來多大稅收，須要評估，例如今天股市盤中創2年多來新高，在此是否要強措施，現在股市量會跟隨價，連感冒都沒有，是否要打強心針？
 
曾銘宗說，證交稅市政府很重要財政收入財源，降稅有助於提升股市動能，效益尤其是自然人部份，效果是一兩天，但付出的稅收損損卻很大，財部會做進一步評估。
