婦人帶病童同赴共泉　檢方依殺人罪起訴

【蔡進男╱基隆報導】家庭悲歌！38歲楊姓婦人，先生過世後獨力撫養生長遲緩、四肢萎縮的6歲男童，婦人心力交瘁，罹患憂鬱症，竟萌生與小孩共赴黃泉念頭，今年7月間，婦人先將10顆安眠藥及止痛劑，強行灌食男童後，自己再服用大量安眠藥自殺，隔天一早，外傭發現時，男童已氣絕身亡，婦人送醫獲救；全案偵結，檢方依殺人罪嫌提起公訴，並建請法院從重量刑。
