高市醫院整棟出售　開價5億元

【葉家銘／高雄報導】高雄近期出現整棟醫院出售，位於前金區自強一路、近旺盛街的醫院大樓，目前由上琳醫院承租，屬於商2用地，屋齡31.8年，地上7樓，地坪166坪、建坪913坪。該棟建物規劃有26房、4廳與41間衛浴，總價5億元。

信義房屋新崛江店經理蔡佩苒表示，建物正對東金公園，距離捷運市議會站(舊址)僅300公尺，為評鑑合格的優良醫院，目前承租給上琳醫院使用，租約至2017年7月。據屋主表示，該棟醫院每月收租達50萬元，適用於中小型醫療院所。
