不孝子缺錢恐嚇毆母傷弟　判4個月

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】這款人子！宜蘭縣五結鄉男子張正義（33歲，有竊盜、偽造文書等前科）去年5月出獄後，平日不務正業，今年2月時因缺錢花用，前往其母位在五結鄉住處要錢花用遭拒，竟當場恐嚇其母「我要錢跑路，快給我錢，如果不給我錢，我就要打到你把錢交出來」，雙手握拳作勢攻擊。
 
正在屋內的弟弟張正杰聞訊外出查看，見哥哥作勢攻擊母親，上前保護，張正義隨後跑給其弟追，過程中他撿起路邊石頭，朝其弟頭部丟去，張正杰用右手擋住，造成右手腕挫傷，張嫌才離去。
 
張母及其弟向警方提告，宜蘭法院審理認為，張嫌不以己力賺取生活所需，卻對其母出言恫嚇，還用石頭傷及手足，且未取得兩人原諒，但念其犯後態度及智識程度等情況，其涉犯恐嚇取財罪，判有期徒刑4個月，傷害罪則拘役40天。
