劣米結果未公布　消基會批農糧署瀆職

【朱正庭／台北報導】針對農糧署所公布小包裝食米檢測結果，部分食米卻被發現米種不符，但卻指被罰最低4萬元，甚至像泉順公司2年違規18次都是裁罰限期改善沒有裁罰，消基會更批：「若這不是瀆職，什麼才是瀆職？」

消基會表示，因泉順被踢爆用進口越南米混充台灣米，依現有《糧食管理法》僅能罰20萬元，被認為罰則太輕，農糧署才表示，要提高最高罰則到300萬元，但目前修法緩不濟急，況且像這次案件，政府也未開罰最高罰鍰，修法也沒用。 另農糧署公布過慢，還說用次級米混充屬輕微情節原不公布，消基會將具函促請監委勿枉勿縱，了解有關單位是不是有怠忽職守狀況。
