腦麻男家境清寒　警方台電慰問送暖

【林海全╱台中報導】台中市外埔區一名罹患腦麻的石姓男子（53歲），沒有結婚，平常和弟弟居住，轄區內的安定派出所警員巡查發現石男家境清寒，進行通報，台電公司外埔服務所會同警方、區長，今天上午前往致贈慰問金，石男收到紅包後，用不清晰的口齒說：「謝謝，感謝幫忙」。

安定派出所長羅福勝說，石男領有殘障津貼和低收補助，平常和弟弟居住，白天弟弟外出上班時，把午餐都準備好，留下他獨自一人在家，雖然行動不便，但還可以自理。
