一題之差翻案　華語導遊66人補錄取

【王家俊／台北報導】今年3月登場的華語導遊考試，有4萬2千多人報考，及格率是史上最低的3.14%，放榜後其中6人質疑同一試題有疑義，經考選部專案會議及考試院會訴願成功，有66位平均分數59.58分的考生，因這一題1.25分之差，一起翻案成功，創下國考罕見訴願紀錄。

考選部官員表示，考題為某導遊102年元旦遭停證後，多久可以恢復執業？標準答案是5年後、107年元旦復業，但訴願考生認為，停業後必須重新受訓，若加計受訓時間，則需延宕到第108年元旦才能復業。經詢問交通部，法無明文規定遭停業導遊何時受訓，實務上停業滿3年即可受訓，滿5年可立即恢復，但為保障考生，採從寬認定。
