公務員年終加考績獎金　最高可領3.5個月

【何哲欣／台北報導】行政院人事行政總處人事長黃富源、銓敘部長張哲琛上午到立法院備詢，國民黨立委賴士葆質詢問，公務員今年年終獎金多少？黃富源答詢說，年終獎金1.5個月，已將相關辦法送立法院核備。

張哲琛補充表示，年終獎金固定1.5個月，但除了年終外，還要看個人考績，甲等1個月、乙等0.5個月、丙等沒有考績獎金，合計最高可領2.5個月，不過若公務員已達本俸最高俸級，還可以再加1個月。

張哲琛說，目前公務員甲等比率是75%，已比過去90%的比率低，以往因考績流於形式，他與黃富源已道德勸說各機關，甲等比例不能超過75%，已做明確限制。賴士葆仍認為太高，應共體時艱，降到60%。張哲琛則說，考試院版本的《公務人員考績法》修正草案，已將甲等比例降為65%。
