【法庭中心／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦鈉奶粉殺嬰案，偵辦過程撲朔迷離，面對如同懸疑小說般的案情，檢方不斷抽絲剝繭，最後是在隔離訊問家屬時，偶然查出沈家人相處不是很愉快，並不如左右鄰居所說一家人很和樂，才查出女嬰母親與伯母間妯娌不合。
 
再加上檢方查出女嬰奶粉中的食用鹽不只一種，甚至出現女嬰家中沒有的鹽，因此過濾出伯母涉有重嫌，因此在今天將她拘提到案，伯母到案後坦承在奶粉中加鹽，檢方因此依殺人罪將她聲押。
